Activities Part 1

Corduroy goes home with each child for one weekend. He brings along a journal too. The host family record's the weekend activities in the journal.

Corduroy has a suitcase with a lot of clothes. He goes to basketball games, the library, to visit friends. Wherever the family goes he gets to tag-a long.

Science Center - each week one child brings in science related materials for the center. These items are left out for the week for the students to explore.

Sharing - Each student is assigned a day of the week to bring an item to share with the class. Sharing is a great way to learn to communicate with others. The others ask questions of the child sharing. The new toy at the fast food restaurants and beanie babies are shared often.
