Childs Elementary School - Third Grade
A study of symmetry and mirror image.
Students were to draw one half of a dragonfly and duplicate it by tracing it. The pattern of the wings was added in and traced with crayon for resist work, and finally painted with watercolors to show irredescence. The bodies are painted to be opaque.
