The top two weavings were done on cardboard looms. Students have learned to warp the looms and to add in colors and different textures of yarn. We often use the finished work to create a pillow cover although they can be used for placemats, sewn into change purses or eyeglass cases. It usually takes about 4 class periods to complete our work.
