Childs Elementary School - Grades 3 - 6
The 3rd through 6th graders have looked at different concepts of tempera painting. Some of the areas of interest influenced by Oaxacan and Aboriginal art are: pattern, color, abstraction, repetition, and contour. The skills of handling the brush and paints improve with age level and practice.
