Childs Elementary School - Grade 3
Students learned to warp the loom and then weave a simple stripe pattern. The lesson included how to add string to the weft and how to remove the piece from the loom once finished. This is the first time these students have used the looms. The students also tried to keep the salvage edges straight. This is usually a problem for introductory students and improves with practice.
